NiMA provides digital subscription access to market analytics. Users can evaluate the platform during the free trial before purchasing paid access.

Cancellation

Subscriptions provide access for the selected validity period. Cancellation requests can be sent to support, but cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless required by applicable law or approved by NiMA support.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate payments, technical activation failure, incorrect billing, or other genuine payment issues.
